Thank you for shopping with Darza Studio. We truly appreciate your trust in our handmade and locally crafted designs. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • To request a return, please contact us at darza.jer@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for shipping the item back.

  • Please note: Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Because some of our products are handmade and created upon request, custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Darza Studio is not responsible for lost return shipments.
