Thank you for shopping with Darza Studio where each piece is crafted with care and passion. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
For handmade or made-to-order items, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is available within Palestine via EPS and internationally via Aramex.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (within Palestine): 7-10 business days
- International: 14–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Darza is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at darza.jer@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damaged items.
We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue promptly.
